Jigsaws Property Solutions by Folisana Limited was established in Cyprus in 2016. We were formed out of necessity after finding that the level of service that our investment clients required could not be met by the current service providers that we had encountered thus far. We offer the highest level of support and service to our clients to ensure full transparency and care-taking of their real estate investments, whether a large complex or a single-unit asset.

We’re dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service and delivering the highest quality properties to our clients.

 

Our director, Ilias Nicolaou, has over 20 years of experience as an accountant, 15 years of which have been gained working as a business services specialist in Crowe (Howarth) and Wilson Wright LLP.  

 

We now manage and advise on multiple developments and assist committees for buildings such as The Oval, Eden Beach Apartments and Pergamos Complex to name a few.
